About Us
Savvy WizDoom Ventures was founded by Dr. Tamika Sanders and Cheyennis Doom — two women who built this work from lived experience, academic grounding, and a shared conviction that the tools women need most are rarely the ones they are handed.
We are co-authors of Resilience and Reinvention in a Chaotic World, co-facilitators of workshops for individuals and organizations, and co-founders of an ecosystem designed to grow with the women it serves. Our work is grounded in psychology, shaped by culture, and built for the long game.
We started with honest conversation. We are still doing that. And everything we have built since then has stayed rooted in the same place: the truth that women are whole, worthy, and powerful architects of their own destiny.

I have over 20 years of experience working with schools and businesses in training and development, public programming, and leadership development. My work focuses on bringing real-world perspectives into programming initiatives and building strategic community partnerships that generate revenue and expand access to resources and opportunities for marginalized groups.
Cheyennis Doom, M.S.
Founder & Co-Host | Consulting I-O Psychologist
I’m a Cali Creative with over 20 years of banking leadership experience, known for my systems thinking and people-centered approach. I’ve led transformative change through process improvement, DEI, strategy, and program management. As an entrepreneur, I design intentional wellbeing experiences that help clients connect, reflect, and grow. I also hold a Master’s in Applied Psychology from USC.

We offer virtual and in-person workshops tailored for ERGs, DEI leads, leadership teams, and organizational development initiatives. Options include 60-minute and 90-minute virtual sessions, half-day and full-day in-person workshops, and themed series bundles for deeper cohort work.
What topics do your workshops cover?
Each workshop aligns with a chapter from the Savvy WizDoom series, addressing themes like burnout, support systems, equity, authenticity, wealth, and more. Sessions are interactive, culturally grounded, and designed to spark meaningful change.
Can we choose specific chapters or topics?
Yes. Organizations can select individual chapters that resonate with their goals, or choose curated bundles (e.g., 3-Chapter thematic series). We’re happy to help you identify the best fit for your team.
What’s included in a workshop session?
Virtual workshops are delivered via Zoom or MS Teams and include options for interactive breakout sessions. In-person sessions allow for deeper relationship building, embodied learning, and custom facilitation on-site.
Do you offer bulk pricing or packages?
Yes. We offer a 3-Workshop Block for organizations investing in cohort work or thematic development. Additional discounts or bulk pricing may be available for workbook purchases or repeat engagements.
